Deborah Dor is a Board Advisor, and Financial Times qualified Non-Executive Director on the board of Women Leaders Forum and Field, People, Home. Deborah is also a Co-Founder of Curayio, a specialist coaching consultancy and works across multiple sectors supporting extraordinarily talented and ambitious individuals and their businesses.

Deborah specialises in transformative executive and non-executive leadership and team effectiveness coaching, helping CEO’s, board members and corporate executives resolve hidden barriers to growth, for operational effectiveness.

Drawing on deep coaching expertise, Deborah offers a fresh cross sector lens dealing with universal leadership development issues, uncovering blind spots, resolving friction points and strengthening accountability while safeguarding smoother strategy delivery.

Deborah provides targeted insights which enable faster, more aligned decision making at board level. Her work compliments technical and industry expertise, enabling sector experts to collaborate more effectively at the executive and non-executive interface to deliver improved commercial outcomes.

Deborah’s earlier career as an equity shareholder and director on a City PLC board and later as a business growth specialist and NED gives her first hand experience to embed rigorous corporate governance, while maximising corporate revenue, profit and equity value.
