Coach for Change

Leadership Coaching

Coach for Change provides a range of services to support and develop leaders and managers at all levels of the organisation.

Clients meet with the coach on a one to one basis, usually for six two hour sessions over a six to twelve month period.

Problem Solving

Leaders and managers face many complex challenges and although they may be performing well in most areas, may benefit from some specific support. Through focused coaching, leaders can be supported to resolve the particular issues they face. Our coaches are highly skilled at working with both the individual manager’s needs and the reality of the organisation.

Even the best trained manager can struggle in a new post. Coach for Change can provide individual support and development for recently promoted managers so that they can put previous learning into practice effectively and successfully tackle problems as they arise.
